MyJobray provides the MyJobray browser extension, this website, and the related services. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MyJobray.
By accessing or using MyJobray, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or related services.
2. Service Description
MyJobray is a browser extension that helps users search public job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster, organize results, submit resumes for AI-assisted review, and maintain application progress records.
3. Account and Access
- You may be required to verify an email address to access some features or restore purchased access.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
- You must not attempt to bypass technical protections, quotas, billing logic, or service restrictions.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful job search and career-related purposes.
- Do not use the product to violate website terms, abuse systems, interfere with service operations, or process unlawful content.
- Do not upload malicious files, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to submit.
5. Paid Features and Billing
- Free users may process up to 30 jobs without payment.
- Application overview, sending results to email, and PDF export are Pro-only result page actions.
- Paid users buy fixed Job Credit Packs instead of entering a custom top-up amount.
- The current packs are $1.99 for 100 job credits, $4.99 for 300 job credits, and $9.99 for 1000 job credits.
- Processing 1 job uses 1 job credit.
- Purchased job credits do not expire.
- Prices presented at checkout control the actual charge for a given purchase.
- Payment processing may be handled by third parties such as Paddle.
- We may suspend or revoke access for chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or material violations of these terms.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund for any one-time purchase made through Paddle within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. No reason is required for a request made within this refund window. Refunds are processed by Paddle, and refunded credits or paid access are removed. See the separate Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The extension, website content, design, and related materials are owned by the publisher or its licensors, except for third-party trademarks and user-provided content.
8. User Content
You retain rights to the content you upload, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to process, store, and analyze that content for service delivery, support, security, and legal compliance.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of third-party job sources, or the accuracy of AI-generated output.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
11. Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
