This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases related to AI Job Search Assistant, a product provided by Jobray, including Pro balance recharges and other paid access features.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund for any one-time purchase made through Paddle within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests submitted within this 14-day refund window do not require a reason.
3. Effect of a Refund
A refund covers the full amount paid for the relevant transaction. Once the refund is issued, any credits, balance, or paid access granted by that transaction will be removed. This policy does not limit any additional or non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
4. How to Request a Refund
Request a refund through the support link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email support@cwhai.cn. Please include:
- Your purchase email address
- Your order reference or receipt number
- The date of purchase
5. Paddle Handling
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes eligible refunds to the original payment method where possible. Paddle transaction records are used to confirm the transaction date and purchase details.
6. Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days. Paddle processes the refund after the request is confirmed. The time for funds to appear depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
