Which job sites are supported?
Current English workflows support LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster. Results depend on browser permissions, site access, region, login state, and each job site's page behavior.
Does MyJobray apply to jobs automatically?
No. MyJobray helps you search, screen, organize, and track listings. You should open the original job posting and decide whether to apply.
AI and Resume Matching
What does AI-assisted review include?
Depending on available listing data, MyJobray may provide summaries, match-oriented insights, skill clues, translated or simplified descriptions, and structured result cards.
Do I have to upload a resume?
No. Resume upload is optional. Uploading a resume can improve fit-oriented analysis, but the extension can still search jobs without a resume.
Should I trust AI output completely?
No. AI output is a review aid. Always verify salary, requirements, location, employment type, and application instructions on the original job posting before applying.
Pricing and Refunds
How do job credits work?
Free users can process up to 30 jobs. Paid packs currently include $1.99 for 100 job credits, $4.99 for 300 job credits, and $9.99 for 1000 job credits. Processing 1 job uses 1 job credit.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased job credits do not expire under the current pricing model. See the Terms of Service for service conditions.
Can I request a refund?
One-time purchases made through Paddle are eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Read the Refund Policy.
Privacy and Support
What data does MyJobray process?
MyJobray may process account email, installation identifiers, search inputs, saved notes, optional resume uploads, basic payment metadata, and product diagnostics needed to operate the service.
